In 2015, at the age of 27, poor business decisions and an unhealthy relationship with alcohol and drugs resulted in the collapse of my travel agency business and crisis in my personal life, including time in prison. I chose to take ownership of my mistakes, using my experiences to turn my life around, completing a business degree and a postgraduate law degree in the process.

I have been able to reflect on behaviours that fuelled past addictions and now with strong support networks I have over 8 years of recovery and sobriety. I have so far repaid over $30,000.00 to victims of my offending, with realistic plans to repay the remaining balance in the coming years. In 2024 I hope to be admitted to legal practice, and can't wait to see what the future brings.
